5 Reasons why Reiki should be included in your self care routine!

Reiki works with the energy fields that surround one’s body. It is one of many energy healing techniques and is a useful accompanying modality to medical, counseling, and other wellness treatments. Since incorporating it into my self-care routine and working with clients looking to enhance their own, I’ve learned a lot about how healing and fulfilling Reiki can be. Before we go over the reasons it should be in your routine, let’s talk a little more about this beautiful technique and energy.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is considered to be an alternative energy healing method. It involves transferring universal life energy from a Reiki practitioner’s palms to a client using little to no touch. Read more about Reiki Here

Reiki for Stress, Tension, relaxation, and Self Healing

It is normal for us to encounter stress daily. However not addressing our stressors can cause issues. Regular Reiki healing sessions can assist with managing pent-up stress and tension. It is also helpful in promoting the body’s ability to heal itself. This technique encourages rest and relaxation, which decreases tension in our muscles as well as our minds.
